Parents Plus Parenting Programme

The Sligo FRC Parents Plus programmes are delivered as a structured course with small groups of parents by the Family Support Workers using DVD input, handouts, group exercises and homework.

The courses runs for 2 hours once a week for eight weeks. They include:

• Parents Plus Early Years

• Parents Plus Children’s Programme

• Parents Plus Adolescent Programme

• Parenting when Separated

• Working Things Out (this 6 week programme is rolled out in the schools with TY students – usually one per year)

These programmes may also be offered online via ZOOM.
